Refund policy
Note: Order cancellation is not possible once an order has been submitted!
All returns are refunded to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of delivery. AFTER 14 DAYS, REFUNDS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Return Rules Summary
- Returns accepted for 30 days from delivery
- $10.95 flat rate return shipping for standard items
- Oversized items are assessed a weight-based return fee
- Up to 30% restocking fee may apply
- Final sale items: 24 collections can't be returned (including beds, carriers, toys, and treats)
How to Submit a Return Request
- Log in to your account.
- Enter your email and click "Continue".
- Check your email for a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code and log in.
- Click "Request return" for the correct order.
- Select the items and provide a reason for the return.
- Click "Request return".
- Follow the emailed instructions and return the item with the RMA number clearly labeled.
Canceling an Order
We begin processing orders immediately after checkout. As such, cancellations are not possible after submission.
Accidental Duplicate Orders?
Contact us right away at customerservice@godoggiestyle.com. We will do our best to intercept any accidental duplicate orders before they ship.
Eligible Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags. Initiate returns from your My Account page. Guests can use the Return Request page. Include the RMA number on the box and a copy inside.
Restocking Fees
Large, heavy, or special-order items may incur a 20–30% restocking fee. Examples: crates, gates, carriers, custom beds, etc.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Returns after 14 days are issued store credit, minus any discounts, shipping, or restocking fees. Store credits are emailed or applied to your GDS Wallet. Gift cards issued are valid for 1 year.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include holiday items, custom/personalized items, and bedding.
Non-Returnable Items
- Toys, beds, treats, supplements, grooming tools
- Carriers, bowls, feeders, diapers, hygiene products
- Used, damaged, or unsellable items
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Items with hair, stains, odors, or any signs of use

The following brands are made to order or imported and are NOT eligible for return:

Exchanges
We cannot guarantee availability for exchanges. Approved returns will be refunded or credited, which can be used toward reordering.
Gifts
If marked as a gift at purchase, you will receive a store credit once the return is approved. If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Processing
A flat $10.95 fee applies to return shipping. You may choose your own carrier, but we recommend tracking and insurance. Processing takes 5–7 business days from receipt.
Refused Deliveries
Refused shipments are subject to deduction of original shipping, return shipping, and a 30% restocking fee.
Use of Coupons
Store credit will reflect deductions for coupons or discounts used on original order. Expired or maxed-out coupons cannot be re-applied.
Damaged in Transit?
Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at customerservice@godoggiestyle.com with photos. We’ll help file a claim with the shipping provider. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
