  • How long does it take to ship?

    Normally between 1 – 2 weeks for domestic delivery.  Most customers receive orders within 2 to 5 days.

    International 2 – 3 weeks

    We make every effort to ship items as quickly as possible. If your order is delayed beyond the expected ship time, someone from our customer service team will reach out to you regarding your order and the expected shipping time.

  • Why is my tracking number saying invalid?

    Orders that are shipping from our warehouse are handled in bulk and may not be scanned into the shipping system.  It can take 24 -48 hours for shipping information to be updated in the tracking system.  If it has been longer than this time frame, please contact us so that we can further investigate if there is another issue.

  • How do I measure my pet?

    For detailed information, please visit our Sizing Your Pup page. Pet sizes vary drastically between various dog breeds and dog apparel brands.  Please use the sizing recommendations that accompany respective products for the best fit.

  • Do you protect your customers against fraud?

    Our fraud detection team uses state of the art technology to detect and prevent fraud here at Go Doggie Style.  Our customers are never held liable for fraudulent transactions.  We work closely with creditors and others to ensure fraud prevention so you can shop safely.  Additionally, credit card transactions are validated through our partner, Clearsale, to ensure that each customers financial data is protected to prevent fraudulent transactions on our website at no extra cost to you.

  • Why is my order on hold?

    There are several reasons why your order may be placed on hold.  The most common reason would be due to someone from our customer service team reaching out to your regarding an issue with your order.  While we await your response, your order will be placed on hold.

    The second most common reason would be for analysis and fraud prevention.  This is not because something has been done wrong on your part.  Our fraud management team may tag certain orders for review for the protection of our customers and their accounts.  Once our analysis is complete, the hold will be removed and your order will be processed.  This type of hold could last a few minutes to a few hours. 

  • Are your products safe for my pet?

    We seek to source products from manufacturers and suppliers that are environmentally friendly and proven safe.

  • What is the best way to contact customer service?
