  • How long does it take to ship?

    Normally between 1 – 2 weeks for domestic delivery

    International 2 – 3 weeks

    We make every effort to ship items as quickly as possible. I your order is delayed beyond the exptected ship time, someone from our customer service team will reach out to you regarding your order and the expected shipping time.

  • How do I measure my pet?

    Pet sizes vary drastically between various dog breeds.  Please use the sizing recommendations that accompany respective products for best fit.

  • Do you protect your customers against fraud?

    Our fraud detection team uses state of the art technology to detect and prevent fraud here at Go Doggie Style.  Our customers are never held liable for fraudulent transactions.  We work closely with creditors and others to ensure fraud prevention so you can shop safely.

  • Why is my order on hold?

    There are several reasons why your order may be placed on hold.  The most common reason would be due to someone from our customer service team reaching out to your regarding an issue with your order.  While we await your response, your order will be placed on hold.

    The second most common reason would be for analysis and fraud prevention.  This is not because something has been done wrong on your part.  Our fraud management team may tag certain orders for review for the protection of our customers and their accounts.  Once our analysis is complete, the hold will be removed and your order will be processed.  This type of hold could last a few minutes to a few hours. 

  • Are your products safe for my pet?

    We seek to source products from manufacturers and suppliers that are environmentally friendly and proven safe.
